Our Rinnai tankless water heater died suddenly, prematurely and at the end of a busy holiday week. Fair, fast, and friendly. Jacob came to fix my botched DIY toilet shut-off valve. He even secured the water heater supply line, replaced the too-short braided line and updated my pipe flange at no extra charge. He also helped me adjust the toilet tank water level and took the time to explain how it all works for my benefit. All of this extra work was beyond the scope of the initial discussed quote. 10/10, will call him again for my next DIY mishap.
