Beware! Logan puts a lien on your house and doesn't remove it unless you specifically ask them to. Seems like they should remove the lien once you pay the bill. That's not what happens. They wait for the lien to expire in a year. So you have a lien against your property even though you have satisfied the debt. Not cool when you go to sell your house and there is a lien against it. If they can take hothe time to put a lien against your house it seems like they could take the time to remove it once paid. My roof work was 4 star but this drops it down to 2 stars.
