Cooling Experts was the only company available for an after hours emergency repair. They arrived in hours instead of having to wait days. That was years ago, and I continue to call them for preventative maintenance and the rare repair. Every technician has been prompt, knowledgeable, and clean. The few times that a repair was necessary, the technician clearly explained what the problem was and what my options were along with a clear quote of the work.

I rarely give 5 star reviews but this one is warranted. Cooling Experts was a pleasure to work with. They helped me navigate through the new waters of condo ownership repairs / replacement. All of the contact that I had with them was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Pascal & Steve made suggestions that helped me understand and make equipment choices that I am comfortable with. Cherese and Angie got me through the paperwork and permitting process. Yeremy and Jonathan handled the removal and installation with obvious knowledge and experience.
