Shimon came on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained our A/C problems and recommendations extremely well. He immediately tried to get us a replacement unit and even though they didn't have one in stock they found one. Andre showed up first thing the following day and he also had so much expertise and .professionalism. He made sure we had cool air quickly! This is the best experience we have had with any of our contractors in Florida! We will definitely use Milestone Air again. You two guys were fantastic - thank you again!! Service: Install AC
Installed a unit incorrectly and is taking no responsibility for their work. I have to replace a brand new unit because it would cost more to fix their work. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

He sat down with me and explained the options for not only financing but for other services that I would want in the future.
