They setup a time with a 4-hour window. When they called to confirm my appointment they had my address incorrect, time incorrect, and even name incorrect. I am completely flabbergasted this even happened. Finally, the day comes around and they chose to not show up. Didn't leave a voicemail. Didn't follow up with me. Rafael did an amazing job !! He was very communicative and efficient and showed me what was wrong with my ac unit . He fixed it in no time and was very kind and professional throughout .
