Derwayne was fantastic. We were his last (emergency) ticket and even though he was at the end of his all-day shift, he had a great attitude and helped us solve our problem. He replaced the pump that sucks water away from the unit, because just cleaning it would cause our issue to happen again. If it weren’t for him, we would have just called and spent another maintenance visit cost to have our unit work! Thank you again to Derwayne, David, Theona and the whole team at Fuss Free. I took off one of my busiest days off work and the day the technician was set to show up I was told they need to reschedule because the part was on the technicians truck who decided not to work this day, no arrangements to see if another technician could come. Just rescheduled, I said Monday. Nope sorry we will tell you when we can come. I definitely would never use them but I rent and this is through my management company so now I’m calling today and seeing if somebody can come out since I took the day off. Thanks Fuss Free up your time as we don’t really care. That’s business of today, no value for someone’s time only theirs
