There has never been a time that I have contacted Lucas and his team, where they weren’t on time, professional, courteous, and above all solved the problem. Lucas jumped in to help Kevin, and Frank came to help lift the newer bigger unit over the fence. Between my call and the kids’ bedtime we had cold air. This is two for two for professional and responsive same day service. On a side note, I love how Lucas and Co call me instead of me calling them for the 6 month inspections. Thanks guys.
