We were ending the useful life of our current roof, but we had a large amount of wood damage to fix. Pedro came out and gave us the estimate, and said this was the "final" amount. His estimate would not increase. Every other contractor we have worked with on large jobs has jacked up their final price. A. Green lived up to their word. The esti.ate/contract price was what we paid. No hidden surprises. The crew was always on time, worked through extremely hot days. It was rainy season, but they had the old roof off and underlayment on before the first rain. The longest wait would be for the Code Enforcement guy. Total time was 2 weeks. No leaks, outstanding work, high quality materials, everything completed according to the contract. We are extremely happy. We highly recommend this company. They went above and beyond making sure it’s done right and made sure we were beyond satisfied! Irving the owner personally comes and checks and makes sure everything is as it should be. He listened to what was important for us and made sure we were satisfied. It’s nice to have such personal great service with a company.
