My plumber was amazing I wish I could give him 5 stars and review the Customer Service Department separately. Disorganized Rude and Attitude problem is what the customer service department treated me like. I almost cancelled on my 3rd call from them to verify and be rude three times in a row. Unacceptable behavior from customer service. My plumber was awesome friendly and amazingly nice compared to cs reps. Service: Toilet repair
Roto-rooter saves my sink! I put flour down my kitchen sink and apparently flour and water don’t mix! Tech came quickly and was able to clear out the drain in a few minutes! Service: Drain cleaning
Terrell and the Roto-rooter contact desk were awesome. Very friendly, helpful and fixed the problem. I loved the fact they honored me as a veteran and provided me a very nice veteran’s discount. Much appreciated it.
