Roto rooter has saved our family once again! They were at my home less than 30 minutes after I called. The technician quickly got to work and cleared my sink drain within a few minutes. Paperwork was a quick and easy process. Technician also let me know the work they did today has a six month guarantee. Service: Drain cleaning
There is no 0 star otherwise I would apply it. They charged my mom $500 for a piece of paper. I spoke to the tech and "manager" Katy and they were useless. I am not letting this go. Promising a single income woman that she would get a credit from water and sewer for a receipt stating there is no leak. False. We need a refund. This is false information? False promises.
