Alright so after much research & looking up companies & estimates etc etc to do a reroof on my mothers house, we chose canopy. They use the top products in the industry & offer good warranty. Those were just 2 points that I was looking for. Julie, who coordinates all scheduling & work etc, is super communicative & helpful (kind of a shocker in miami no?) The best thing, i think, about canopy, is they listen to concerns & address them. I mean we are talking about a complete reroof of a house, so its not like we are all well versed in how exactly that is going to take place (many phases, steps, etc., etc. Definitely a learning process) but canopy walks you through them all. I will recommend this company 100%. It’s my pleasure to express my opinion about this company. From the beginning Juan got up on my roof, walked around and inspected my whole roof. Then explained to me exactly step-by-step the process and what I needed for my particular roof. They took care of my driveway by putting a tarp on top of my brand new concrete driveway to make sure nothing fell on it. They also put a cover on my pool to make sure nothing fell into my pool to ruin it. They were very clean, fast, professional, on time and on point. I interviewed several companies and by far Canopy Roofing was the most detailed, knowledgeable and best value. Canopy Roofing did an amazing job with my new roof! I couldn't be happier. What I thought was going to be a painful experience given some bad experiences with contractors in general, turned out to be incredibly smooth and flawless process of getting a new roof. I initially interviewed 7 roofing companies for quotes on my re-roof. Canopy was not the cheapest, nor was it most expensive, but it was the only company that provided me with assurance of their experience and straight answers to all my questions. Its very professional team came out to my house bright and early every day, and within 3 days finished my new roof. The owner kept me informed throughout the entire process and sent me photos as the work was being done. I'm so happy with the result and highly recommend Canopy Roofing to everyone!
