We were having pressing toilet issues (both bathrooms no less). I used Google search and then scheduling just before 8am. We got a call just after 8am to confirm our request. The extremely personable and professional, Zamir (magnificent name), arrived just after 9am. WOW - in South Florida this has never been my experience!!! Zamir took the time to explain the process from basic solution all the way up to removing the toilets. Very thorough indeed but at a layman's level so that even this chef would understand. The basic level was all it took - my wallet says thank you. Afterwards, Zamir explained what the problem was, how to prevent it in the future and a future solution for 99% ridding the problem once and for all. Bravo!!! Highly and without reservation recommended for all!!! In my world I would rate Zamir at 10-10-10...10's across the board!!! However, 5 is the max so that's all you get!!! Our water heater stopped working so we got a recommendation from relatives who had work done by this company a few years ago. We called yesterday and they were able to send someone straight away. Zamir Z. arrived within our scheduled time slot, but before that he was very communicative with letting us know when he would arrive, not that he needed to because we received a text message with a link to track his location, his name and picture, his destination (so we knew he had the right address), as well as his rating (5 out of 5). It really gave us peace of mind. When he arrived, he looked over the broken tankless water heater, did the troubleshooting necessary to see if he could get it to work again, and when that didn't pan out, he clearly outlined what our options and next steps were.
