They were hired to do my mother's roof and their workers broke my mom's A/C pipe when they were putting in nails into my mom's roof. The repair of the pipe and replacement of free-on to the a/c system cost $950. They have taken no responsibility for this and have basically told my mother they are not responsible for the damage their workers did. They came up with a bill that my mother had to pay in addition to the roof work of like $400 and something dollars and said they would not charge her for it and that there was a balance of $68, which they delivered a check the next day for. In addition, we have been informed that some of the material they used was not of the best quality. Basically you cannot trust a company that does not take responsibility for the work their employees do. We had recommended them to approximately 5 family/neighbors because up to this point they have been professional, but we have since told these people not to hire them for this reason, because if somet

Very easy smooth transaction, from setting up estimate appointment with Kaitlin to speaking with estimator Rei. Work crew was very proffesional, clean, and fast. Work consisted of removing 3 whirly bird roof/attic vents and replacing with wood, peal & stick paper and foaming in matching roof tiles. If and when I need further repairs or new roof, Romero roofing will be my go too. Highly recommended !!!!!!
