The technicians Victor and Andres came to my house. I showed them where the problem was they found a slow leak in my guest bathroom in less then 15 minutes. Mike and Andres were the technicians that arrived at my house. Both were wearing masks on arrival. They explained what they wanted to do, and provided the 3 options, with 3 different prices. After selecting the option that I wanted, which was ONLY the Leak Detection, they explained what they would be doing, and got my approval for each step of the way. They were courteous and professional. They cleaned up nicely after they were done. I am awaiting the written report with photos, their conclusions, and suggestions to remediate the problem. If it reflects what they told me during the process, I will be very happy that I used their Company. All-in-all, they were terrific and I would have no hesitation in recommending those 2 guys for any nagging leak detection job that is needed. Well done, Mike and Andres!
