Fast Air did a very good job on our HVAC replacement. They were very professional, courteous and responsive. They did the job one day after we called them. The email communication was excellent. They also referred us to a 25 month, interest free financing program. Konrad, our representative, did a great job.
Professional and friendly. Did a basic tune service on our furnace. Cleaned much more than expected. Provided insight on tips to get the longest life on our AC unit. The proposal we asked for to eventually replace was better than expected. We would certainly come back here again! Jim
I wish I could rate them 10 stars! From my first initial call they were absolutely amazing! So kind and genuine! I was dreading having to have my ac fixed after my lawn service because I’ve always seen it be a hassle for people around me but when I say my mind was eased with just how friendly they were when I called for a price estimate I truly mean it! I explained my problem with the operator and she was so sweet and told me I’d get a call right back. Her customer service was 10000 out of 10! But I was even more thunderstruck when I was called back WITHIN MINUTES! I explained what had happened and Dustin was absolutely awesome so nice and so genuine from the very first phone call, gave me an exact time on when the tech would be there and really took so much stress off my shoulders with just his kindness.
