We will be taking this company to court. We had our air done 5 years ago by this company they failed the first to inspections. And we had another company come and out and look and we have gone into our attic last well and know the duct work was not sealed and was not tied up. It’s a total mess. Our daughter has very bad allergies to dust mites and mold and because of it not being sealed correctly she has been seeing a dr for a. Very long time and can not figure out what’s going on. And now we know. And they don’t not reaping back to us! Never ever use this company!!! You will be disappointed! Victor and his son are both a joke. Call anyone else but these none experienced guys here. Services: HVAC duct & vent installation, A/C filter replacement

my husband and i were out of ac from july 4th until july 6th 2023. we are elderly and my husband has lung problems. the home warranty people never got us a tech of any sort and let us suffer with the unbearable heat. no one called us back to fix the problem until i called A&R co. on july 6th after regular hours. Bo was so caring and came over at 830pm and got us air. we so appreciate this man. we have a contract now with this reputable company. we thank you so much.we will be well cared for from now on.

Questioned why the same or less work done 1 year ago costs double this time around. The previous owner of the house had used them for service. Repair man was in and out in 15 minutes. Allegedly "forgot his clipboard/reciepts" and wrote a shady receipt on some sort of service agreement paperwork in place of a proper receipt. Still havent gotten my promised callback as to why the same work cost double in price. My rating is 2 stars instead of 1 because the rep was kind enough to show me how to fix the problem in the future for myself. Would appreciate a callback, I was kind and respectful when making my inquiry to the secretary.
