The company was very helpful from start to finish. The staff there was pleasant and knowledgeable. They were professional and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. The price was great for the product I got. My house is cold and I am happy. I would highly recommend them.

This company installed and serviced my mothers brand new AC unit on 7/15/21 ten days later the motor broke and had to be replaced! On1/24/22 ,Thermostat was not providing heat. They came in and corrected the situation , under warranty. on 7/29/22 had issue with the thermostat again. She had no A/C and was told the service charge was $150. They came quickly and fixed it and in the notes says the control wire was connected incorrectly!! This is where i have issue when we have had nothing but issue after issue trying to fix this new unit. The thermostat was not correctly fixed the first time so we feel that being charged to fix the same issue was not warranted. I had to call another AC company to come fix the issue and they did not even charge because they felt bad about the situation. I tried to call to discuss the issue and the lady that works at the west location serving On Top OF the world was aggressive, defensive, denied any issue and put it all on me. Questioned me about calling on

We will be taking this company to court. We had our air done 5 years ago by this company they failed the first to inspections. And we had another company come and out and look and we have gone into our attic last well and know the duct work was not sealed and was not tied up. It’s a total mess. Our daughter has very bad allergies to dust mites and mold and because of it not being sealed correctly she has been seeing a dr for a. Very long time and can not figure out what’s going on. And now we know. And they don’t not reaping back to us! Never ever use this company!!! You will be disappointed! Victor and his son are both a joke. Call anyone else but these none experienced guys here. Services: HVAC duct & vent installation, A/C filter replacement
