Mike Scott Plumbing In Ocala

Said there was a leak under slab when water was found coming out from under shower on second visit within a week. Need leak detection while he only looked at Master bath. Made the appointment and then I found my hot water heater spewing water. So, I shut off the whole house so no water was running. Called and said as much. My son called as well, by asking a few questions…he offended someone and they canceled me as a client.

Do not use. They wasted a lot of our time and took a lot of money. Left us with the problems and had to call new plumbers for help. The Supervisor hid from the responsibility and won’t even answer the phone. Declining company.

We asked Mike Scott Plumbing for a quote on a plumbing job. They did not show at the time when they said they would be there. We called the following day to find out what happened and were told they would call back in an hour. They did not. I just called again to follow up and was told they are going to pass on a job. Do NOT count on them at all. There is absolutely no customer service!!!!!!!
