RDS Air Conditioning

I can not say enough to say how great my experience was. Tim was extraordinarily thorough when trying to diagnose the issue with the AC, and they went the extra mile to leverage the warranty on there broken part. I would not hesitate to use them again. Service: A/C system repair

RDS Air Conditioning is incompetent, unprofessional, rude, slow, irresponsible, overpriced, and a bully. 1. Incompetent - didn't fix my HVAC system. Failed. 2. Unprofessional and rude - rude and crude, unprofessional and downright nasty in customer communication and service. 3. Overpriced charge for nothing - Very expensive for not getting any results. 4. Slow in response - took them very long to respond when they failed to fix the system. 5. They bully customers - they way they bullied me is appalling. 6. Irresponsible - they didn't want to take responsibilities by saying "you called us ... we didn't call you." as the excuse for not getting the system fixed and overcharged me. I paid right away. As a very small senior woman, their threat and bullying really scared me. So, I paid. It was the cold spell of January, without heat, it was freezing cold, and they simply only wanted money, not to serve the customer. This company deserves 0 star. Watch out! RSD was there when I needed them and did a quick and wonderful job installing a new air conditioner when my old one was hit by lightning. They are definitely my go to company for yearly maintenance.
