Duct-Man Mechanical Air Conditioning and Heating

If I could rate my personal experience with 10 stars I would. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and kind. Tim spent a significant amount of time with me explaining everything in a way that someone who doesn’t specialize in HVAC can understand. Absolutely NO pushy salesman vibes whatsoever. He gave me the info, pros and cons, and options to choose from. He was responsive to my emails and calls. The two gentleman who installed the unit were professional, and polite. Once I said I was ready, the team was on top of it and had my unit in right away. It is going to be nice sleeping in a cool house again! Had called them to come look at my system. Needed a pressure check. They were available n great guys. However what I paid to have them out they were not gonna apply that to the repair bill. So for that reason I was not happy and had the service repair done elsewhere and saved money. I do recommend them but just feel they could help the homeowners a little more. I didn't like that the tech could not give pricing it had to be done by the office manager so I had to wait and even then wasn't sure what I was getting. Service: A/C system maintenance

Originally I was very upset with this company to begin with. I had reached out because my AC wasn't blowing out of half of my vents and I was really stressed out because I watch kids out of my home. After being charged more than what I was told originally by one person, after the service gentleman came out I was left for 2 weeks with no answer as to how much it would be and nobody contacting me.. my name being Ashley Moore is a very common name and there was another customer by the same name and living in a very similar A town who has used them previously and currently. After reaching out to them a couple of times the owner, Quan, got involved and realized that the Ashley Moore that they were talking to was not me, when they had no idea what they were talking about.
