Duct-Man Mechanical Air Conditioning and Heating

If I could rate my personal experience with 10 stars I would. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and kind. Tim spent a significant amount of time with me explaining everything in a way that someone who doesn’t specialize in HVAC can understand. Absolutely NO pushy salesman vibes whatsoever. He gave me the info, pros and cons, and options to choose from. He was responsive to my emails and calls. The two gentleman who installed the unit were professional, and polite. Once I said I was ready, the team was on top of it and had my unit in right away. It is going to be nice sleeping in a cool house again! Had a whole new system installed on July 7. About 30 minutes after the installers left, my unit hadn’t lowered in temp at all so I called them to come back. The installer came back and looked at everything but said it looked fine so he left again. I was told a different tech would have to come and take a look. That tech looked it over and also said it was fine. I’ve spent the last month playing the same game; I have CONSISTENTLY set the temp to 72 but it seldom reaches that. The unit seems to do as it pleases and hovers around 75 no matter what. For example today it has fluctuated between 75 and 77 degrees in here but as always is set at 72. For the amount of money I paid for this system I should be able to freeze myself out if I wanted to. But for whatever reason this system just decides NOPE. I have no idea why. Service: Installation

Had called them to come look at my system. Needed a pressure check. They were available n great guys. However what I paid to have them out they were not gonna apply that to the repair bill. So for that reason I was not happy and had the service repair done elsewhere and saved money. I do recommend them but just feel they could help the homeowners a little more. I didn't like that the tech could not give pricing it had to be done by the office manager so I had to wait and even then wasn't sure what I was getting. Service: A/C system maintenance
