I had them come to my property to do a walkthrough and provide an estimate for work on my shop and some minor work in my house. He never gave us a quote or contacted us back even though he stated he would have something back in a few days. Also talking politics while on a possible jobsite is not a good way of doing business.
We needed some assistance recently with a bad outlet in our kitchen so we followed the recommendation of a neighbor and called ER Electric. They were the embodiment of our "3 P's"---prompt, pleasant, and professional! Their fee was very reasonable, too. We would use them again!
