Charlie was great. It’s been so hot the past week our poor little AC has been trying to keep up. He added some refrigerant, made sure the vents were pointed properly, checked for some leaks, talked about new AC costs and technology, and other things that added up to a great experience. Our little guy is still kicking and we will cross the “new” bridge when we get there. Until then, hold strong little AC. 2nd time using Lucas Air and there is a reason we called them again (this time for our own house) for service. Prices are great. Attitude is great. I can't say enough good things about Lucas Air. I called at 3pm to see if there was any way they could come out and fix the A/C as it decided to just all of a sudden stop working that day and they did not even hesitate and got us on the schedule for an after hours service call that day. I was so relieved as the heat has been unbearable this summer and the temp was climbing in the house. Charlie came out and diagnosed the problem quickly, took the time to explain a few things and had us back up and running in no time! Thank you!
