St. Louis Air Conditioning

I signed up for the St Louis Club for two HVAC system cleanings/preventative maintenance visits a year for $160. Upon my first visit 06/07/23, the technician was very kind and efficient. My only criticism (and this could due to my lack of knowledge) is that the technician elected not to clean my outside unit with coil cleaner, but rather just hose it off with water using a garden hose. When I inquired about it, the technician informed me that my unit was not very dirty and did not require the coil cleaner, even though it hasn't been cleaned in 3 years and it appears to have green algae on the left side visible in the picture taken after the cleaning. I feel silly for paying for a service that it seems I didn't really need. Oh well, live and learn. This is in no way meant to criticize the company or technician as my experience with the scheduling lady and technician were both excellent.

The entire team was great, we called in early one morning and they were already busy- but they were able to send someone out the same day. The tech was great, he showed us ways that we could help keep things clean and running well and made a great suggestion to do a preventative maintenance on the unit prior to Summer each year. This AC Company is the absolute best! Ryan was an absolute joy as he was so pleasant and explained to me everything he was doing. I was told by another AC company that my evaporator coil was bad and it had to be replaced in which I was quoted that it would be a $1400 repair. I called St. Louis Air the next morning and Ryan arrived within 2-3 hours of my call. He was so thorough and actually showed me that my evaporator coil did not need to be replaced, but simply cleaned without having to do a pull and clean. He serviced both of my AC units with such detail and care. This is now my "go to" AC maintenance/repair company. And let me not forget to mention that their rates are extremely affordable and they are HONEST!!! That is what I appreciate the most! I genuinely recommend this company for your AC maintenance and repairs!
