I have been using St. Louis Air for 13 years for good reason. They are loyal to their customers and will always fit you in when you have an emergency. They come twice a year to service my aging AC. If parts are needed I get a discount. When you have an appointment the service technicians are prompt and personable. I trust the office staff to always schedule me when necessary. I’m a new customer (referred to them by my parents) and needed an emergency repair. They arrived within about two hours and diagnosed and fixed my issue in about 45 minutes. The entire team was great, we called in early one morning and they were already busy- but they were able to send someone out the same day. The tech was great, he showed us ways that we could help keep things clean and running well and made a great suggestion to do a preventative maintenance on the unit prior to Summer each year.
