Let me start by saying DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you are making an INSURANCE CLAIM. And I wouldn’t recommend if for short term rental either. From the time they came out for a quote, we told them we are going to submit a claim to insurance because we don’t have new roof money. The sales guy recommended he meet the adjuster out there but said if they did that, we would have to sign a paper stating that If claim is approved, we must use their company. Ok no worries. We signed the paper. They met the adjuster out. Claim was approved however we wanted a slightly better roof so we agreed to pay the difference from what insurance would pay and what the roof cost. I payed them my deductible and the insurance deposit upfront. This is a short term rental which I told them before agreeing to go with them. I told them we would have to plan a month in advance when the work would be done as it stays pretty booked up and I cannot have people re-doing the roof while someone is here on vacation to re

Salt Roofing was a dream to work with. They came out to give an estimate when they said, got the roof done in the quoted time, didn’t over charge for potential hiccups and ensured we had gutters replaced that were removed. George and Amanda were great to work with, she was in contact every step of the way. Gabriel was prompt and friendly when it came time to inspect the job. The guys that came out did a great job cleaning up. There are a lot of roofer options out there, you should definitely consider them. Recently had my roof replaced by Salt Roofing. Work was done in 2 days. May I say I was very pleased with the workmanship, courtesy and professionalism from all the staff, from workers to the supervision of the job. A minor repair to ceiling in bedroom was needed due to repair of the roof. This repair was taken care of promptly & to my satisfaction by Salt Roofing.
