Affordable Roofing and Repairs

Called them a week ago about a leak. He called back and said text me info on what you need, and would be out in a day or so. Did so. Got a text back saying need a quote on reroof? Said no, leak. No response since. Very unprofessional. Should of been honest instead of wasting my time.

I recently found myself in need of having my roof replaced, due to the south Florida insurance industry. I was under an enormous time constraint, approximately 30 – 45 days to find a roofer, get a quote, obtain permits, get the work completed, and pass final inspection. This was because my insurance was being canceled unless my roof was replaced and I was given 45 days. So much for the background story. I got 3 quotes, one of them was from Sean, at Affordable Roofing. Sean was very courteous and professional. More importantly, he was prompt! Sean got a quote back to me less than 24 hours after our initial conversation. Two other companies I contacted never replied and the other 2 companies that did reply were significantly higher in price than Sean. I find quality and value more important than price, so I wanted to know why Sean was cheaper. He volunteered to review the other quotes, without their pricing shown, to tell me the differences in the quotes. I was impressed with his honesty
