My toilet suddenly began running out of nowhere and I had no idea what to do. I reached out to dispatch and spoke with Rita who put me in contact with Mr Ricardo who arrived prompt and professional to assess my problem. I gave him as best a description as I could an he instantly knew what was wrong with it and told me it could be fixed. Time barely flew by and he was quick, efficient and even gave me some sound advice that I'm definitely taking to heart. An absolute professional who's character shows through his work.
