I don't even know where to begin describing how beneficial this company has been to me. We have never been without power for more than a few of hours when this company has sent out their restoration team, and the process of working with them has been so simple and straightforward. They are aware of how critical "customer service" is, and this awareness is reflected in the quality of their job.
It's an honor to work with this organization. Three months ago, they installed a light for me fast and effectively. This company was the only one that could send someone to inspect my issue within 24 hours, although every other company I contacted indicated it would take at least one week.
All three of the electricians who worked at my house were very professional and friendly. They got the job done quickly cleaned up after themselves and did everything the way I wanted it. Will definitely use again .
