Steven and Taylor made me feel like I was their only customer. The communication via text, talk or email was amazing. Always answered the phone, went over the process in detail from start to finish, acknowledged and replied to all questions within 20 minutes. They had a good variety of different types and colors of shingles to choose from. And our roof life expectancy of 30 years. Our new roof not only passed with the city, we also passed a 4 point inspection and wind mitigation test to save money on our homeowners insurance. 10 stars. Definitely Recommend

I had my roof replaced by Kairos Roofing, and I am so pleased with the timing and the quality of work. They really did a good job. The Project Manager assigned to my project was Stephen Taylor, and he was so understanding and always on top of any issues. What was most important to me was the communication. LOOK NO FURTHER!!! I dreaded having to find a Roofing Company. You never know who you’re gonna get these days and this kind of a decision is a huge one for more reasons than one.
