The contractors who came to my house were very professional and did a fantastic job. They were on time did the job and cleaned up after themselves. Very polite and fast!

This company was hired by the management company. They did a half shoddy job repairing my screens... so I have to go out and do it myself. They were called back out and STILL did a shoddy job. I was told the "awning" was SUPPOSED to go flapping back over my roof. The people did not realize that a CLAM shutter was used in a way that it was not originally supposed to. So they"fixed" it and guess what... in the very first windy day after, it goes flapping back over the roof. IF the clam shutter was OVER A WINDOW THEN YES IT SHOULD MOVE. When it's obviously not, then Someone should do DUE DILIGENCE and find out how to make it right. Or ASK THE RESIDENT/OWNER... Very poor performance of work. Nor recommended . Terrible job. They work for our rental management company. They left nails everywhere. I found 18 nails in a 2 ft radius. They dropped tar on our freshly painted porch. Dented our soffit from the pressure of the ladder. They used shingles that didn’t match. Left their garbage and said they were going to come back to get it the next day (which never happened). We’ve called multiple times to address the situation & everytime goes to voicemail. Would NOT recommend.
