They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I needs the hot water and furnace replace on the same day and they coordinated with the plumber and they got everything done in a half a day. Great job, friendly staff all around.

We love Quality Air's service and have been using them for A/C service for 23 years. I have to believe that David D. is one of their best techs. He is respectful, personable and thorough. He figured out that it was the capacitor on the fan, not the fan itself, that caused the problem. It was extremely difficult to reach the capacitor that was tucked in behind the fan but he was able to pull it, test it and replace it in a more accessible location. I have been using Quality Air Conditioning Company for 2 years. Every time they come out whether it is for my annual service contract or something else they are extremely professional, have great communication and provide outstanding service. I've had the pleasure to work with Ben the last two calls and looking forward to working with him in the future. What a great technician!
