Super time crunched to have roof redone for Sale. Dakoma was super responsive, professional and reasonable. Permit secured and roof was torn off and redone with 2 weeks to spare. I wanted to wait until after a heavy rain to write my review. I had gotten a quote for flat roof replacement about a year ago but I didn't decide on changing it until now. When I first spoke to Joel this time, he updated my quote and ensured me the roof would be installed before Thanksgiving. Well, I didn't believe him because it was only a month away and we had to get the permits. Turns out he wasn't lying, the permits were ready in a week and the roof was installed the week after. So, basically my roof was installed in two weeks from the time I contacted him to sign the contract. I gotta say Wow! to that. On the first day of install, the crew arrived early as promised. Eddie seemed to be the man in charge and he was extremely nice and accommodating. But again, I don't usually trust anyone from what they say. I believe in facts. They worked all day and basically the second day was just to apply the finishing touches. They said they would be back here the next day around 7:30 am. And
