They are incompetent and had no idea what they were doing. Ruined the motor on an out of the box, brand new $400 fan. After 6 1/2 hours, we told him to leave. He was beating on our fan with tools and hitting it with his hands very hard. Save your time, money and sanity by not utilizing this company. Now we find out they weren’t even qualified to install on the job they accepted. Service: Fan installation
