To: D.R. Martineau Construction Re: Roof Repair Angel V. Was our initial contact with the company. He came out and assessed the problem. Our roof was leaking but there was no obvious source for the leak. Angel took photos of the suspect area and we discussed repair possibilities. He offered two possible repair options. After considering the possible source of the leak, we chose the option giving us a one year warranty. Daniel & Gilbert were our crew. They did an excellent job, were cheerful and explained things well as the job proceeded. They did neat work, cleaned the area when done and we enjoyed having them “on the roof”. I want to add that we have a very steep metal roof, they worked safely and efficiently. I would definitely recommend DR Martineau and this crew to anyone needing roof work or repair. We hired this company to replace our roof. They were very quick at the beginning and came in late June removed the tiles and installed the new membrane. We were initially told up to 4 months to receive the tiles but that they thought it would be faster so they wanted the roof ready. That is when their service stopped. Its now coming up on 6 months. The roof has had no tiles and is left with only the membrane. Their only answer is we don't know when they will come. All payments have been made on time. Their service has stopped.
