Nic came within the time stated by your service dispatch lady. He was courteous and well spoken. Analyzed the problem quickly, corrected it and my A/C was running within 15 min. I can’t ask for anything more of an emergency service call. As a side note, I was pleasantly pleased with his neat appearance on a late afternoon hot summer day. His uniform was impeccable as if he just put it on fresh. It made a very professional impression.

We called because any time the power went out then kicked back on, my AC would make a chainsaw sound. Robert B came out the next day and solved the problem! He was courteous, friendly, and kept me up to date on everything he was doing, providing pictures of the work he did. My last AC person clearly missed quite a few important parts of maintenance…so Robert B took care of all of that ON TOP of installing the time delay component that we needed for our unit in the first place.
