Nic came within the time stated by your service dispatch lady. He was courteous and well spoken. Analyzed the problem quickly, corrected it and my A/C was running within 15 min. I can’t ask for anything more of an emergency service call. As a side note, I was pleasantly pleased with his neat appearance on a late afternoon hot summer day. His uniform was impeccable as if he just put it on fresh. It made a very professional impression.

True pros. From the quote to the install and cleanup. EXCELLENT communication ...they explained everything they were doing and why. Very polite and respectful, they answered all my questions throughout the day. This install was in Florida and I am from the Midwest so there are significant differences in the HVAC systems, which they explained as they did their work. Every step from the initial meeting, to the one-day installation - start to finish and afterward was extremely well done. I highly recommend - and will continue to use for other projects and ongoing maintenance. I’ve been having reoccurring issues with my AC and of course, right before summer. I got on with Gulf Shore to at least be on a maintenance program to keep up with the system. From the get-go, they were excellent in their customer service and helping me trouble shoot. Their techs were responsive and very helpful. Professional team all around. Specifically want to give shout outs to both Jose for being the emergency guy late on a Tuesday evening and Eric for sourcing the issue and completing the maintenance in a timely manner.
