I was very fortunate to have First Service install a new roof, gutters and paint our home after hurricane Ian. The quality of work and professionalism was exceptional by all personnel involved in this project. Well, I wish I could say I was happy with my experience, but I would be lying if I did. This place is a mess. They came to my house and presented a nice front before they had the contract signed, but once it was, the customer service disappeared. When I had trouble getting my insurance company to pay, they recommended a legal firm who went under during the process and it became a greater mess. I received no consideration whatsoever. When it came down to it, they were rude, non-responsive and very difficult to work with. Some of the people who work there are almost inhuman, demanding last payment or they would place leans before I ever got an explanation of the charges which were requested several times. I WOULD RUN AS FAST AND AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS COMPANY. I am truly concerned about my warranty as they also threatened that.
