We purchased our A/C system from them about five years ago. Since then we use them for annual maintenance as well. Shaun Arnold has been the service technician last two times. Not on time, I've called them late in the afternoon and they have arrived at 11 pm. They change me for nothing and I don't received the invoice yet.

Maintenance tech Marco came when AC stopped working. It was a clogged drain line which is not uncommon here in FL. He was very thorough and professional, but also personable. He showed me everything that was wrong and did one thing that no one else ever had to help with prevention. The drain line from the AC unit mounted on the garage ceiling was level for it's whole length. He zip tied it up at the AC unit end which made it slant down on it's path to the wall and exterior drain. He said this would lessen the standing drain water and help prevent future clogs.
