Sanibel Plumbing Company/San Cap Home Services

I used to like Sanibel plumbing but things have changed. The plumber came out to change corroded faucets feeding my washing machine and charged me $200.00. It took about 10 minutes. He said he didn't have the parts and would come back the to replace 3 corroding connectors. He said there would be no additional charge. He never called or showed up. My water heater went out a couple days later and I called Aztec Plumbing to replace it.

This was by far the best experience with a company yet and I highly recommend them. After Hurricane Ian my house was partially damaged but my A/C unit was fried. I contacted countless different companies to come and fix it but they were either booked for 3 months or if they came they didn’t do a good job my a/c continued to be faulty. I spent thousands of dollars on suppose diagnostics until I finally came across SanCap Home Services, they were at my house 1 hour after I called them they sent 2 guys to work on my a/c unit and within 2 hours my a/c was back to normal! The work they did was professional, fast and and very clean job. I can’t express how exceptional their customer service was. I highly recommend them if you have any A/C issues in your home! 10/10 no doubt. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

I had an issue with my water heater. Crystal, of Sanibel Plumbing, did a fantastic job of handling the warranty on the old one, installation of a new one, and all related details.
