Our water was always yellowish brown, we decided to call Brian he came out tested our water told us what the problem was (iron and tannin). Brian recommended an experimental new water system and told be that if it didn't work he would charge me the difference and install the two tank system they normally install. needless to say Brian was dead on with his assessment the new system works great, clear beautiful water. it's been 6 months now and water is still crystal clear. best price (especially over kintico) and great service. 5 stars only because i cant give them 10.

West Coast Plumbing went above and beyond to resolve my hot water issue. They were able to identify the issue over the phone and provide a quote. They brought everything needed and were done in no time. They texted me to let me know they were on their way and arrived ready to work. They are highly skilled and very professional. Had whole house water system installed. Quick install and immediately noticed better quality water. Have used WC many times before for all plumbing needs from updated of old copper pipes to toilet and drain issues. Definitely recommend
