9/6- The owner sent out a tech the night I posted this post after explaining my feelings towards the situation. He was very understanding and agreed with my concerns and got someone to fix the outlet. They do great work just need to work on the communication part so customers don't get upset in these situations. Much happier with everything! 9/1- Waiting on response from manager to fix a few things. 9/1-Owner is working to make this right. Will update with the end outcome. I had Nick out to my house this morning to service my generator to ensure that our home is protected in the event of another hurricane. Nick was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional, he took the time to walk me through all of the work he was doing, and really went above and beyond my expectations. I will not hesitate to call PowerHouse Home Services the next time I have an issue in my home. Highly recommend.

Can't recommend Powerhouse highly enough. Hector, Greg, Angel and Martine were prompt, professional, responsive and worked very clean. They gave me a fair assessment of my AC unit, walked me thru my options and offered an excellent price when we chose to replace. They were here the next day and our home was comfortably cold by that evening. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
