We contracted with Powerhouse nearly two years ago primarily because of their 5-star rating to install a whole house generator and propane tank. And, we been more than terribly disappointed in their follow-through despite with what seemed to be truly sincere explanations by the staff and president to the resolve issues regarding the closeout of the propane tank permit. We contacted with Powerhouse for the installation of a Generac generator and the propane tank. We paid Powerhouse and they subcontracted for the installation of the propane tank. We have been at an impasse for a number of months with county approvals regarding the installation and the close out of the permit for the propane tank. If you are interesting in installing a whole house generator, I would recommend going elsewhere. Perhaps Powerhouse can no longer either by capacity or choice live up to their 5 star rating. I no not recommend this business. The "response" from Powerhouse is far too little, far too late
Powerhouse Electric is a great company. Bruno , the tecnician called first and arrived on time. He was very professional and well skilled. He installed and set up a ring style doorbell and outdoor camera. I did not have to wait for service and and phone personnel was always pleasant. This is my third time using Powerhouse. I couldnt be more pleased with their hardworking technicians. Bruno was the BEST!
9/6- The owner sent out a tech the night I posted this post after explaining my feelings towards the situation. He was very understanding and agreed with my concerns and got someone to fix the outlet. They do great work just need to work on the communication part so customers don't get upset in these situations. Much happier with everything! 9/1- Waiting on response from manager to fix a few things. 9/1-Owner is working to make this right. Will update with the end outcome.
