Working with Crown Roofing to repair my roof after Hurricane Irma damage was an extremely positive experience. They responded to my call, kept their appointments and their staff was very professional and respectful. Our roof was installed 6 years ago by a well respected Naples family owned roofing company. Unfortunately they were impossible to work with after Irma, although initially my first choice was to work with them. They did not take calls and when they finally did come out and submitted their estimate they were not available to answer any questions. If I need another roofer it will be Crown, and I will recommend them to everyone. They are the best!

Alicia was extremely attentive with the customer service aspect and followed up every step of the way. I made contact with Alicia upon receipt of our leak issues, and she quickly had an estimator at our property the NEXT DAY. The Crown team had an estimate turn around quickly and the job was done before the prior storm (which was my concern). Alicia followed up with me every step of the way (from start to finish). This is really good customer service, and a great customer CARE attitude. As of right now, we have no leaks in our lobby area windows as we had in the past. Crown Roofing did a complete roof replacement. After a couple of years the roof tiles were sliding off of the roof. I connected Crown several times and they will not even call me back. I am still under their warranty, of course that has no value if they won't even call you back.
