I have been using Cape Coral Plumbing for years now. The office staff is friendly and scheduling is a breeze. Their techs in the field are knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I have referred several friends and neighbors to Cape Coral Plumbing and they have all been pleased. I highly recommend.
The first point of contact was with Diane. She is friendly and always has a willingness to help! Yesterday was a great example! She tried to locate a plumber in my area and had them rerouted to us just so we could have our shower working properly again! The staff that come to the house are always personable and equipped with the right knowledge as well as with rags and mats to maintain the clean in your house. I highly recommend this company!!!
Excellent Customer Service!! Our hot water heater was not working, so we called Cape Coral Plumbing. Diane was very sympathetic and sent a technician quickly to assess the problem. The required part was not immediately available from the manufacturer and since it was a Saturday, it couldn't be delivered until Monday. The folks at Cape Coral were creative and identified an interim solution to get us hot water. Diane was very helpful and the price was very fair and reasonable. Thank you Diane and Cape Coral Plumbing!!
