Absolutely awesome and professional. The technician did the job I had expected and gave me additional pointers to keep my house comfortable and the AC system running. We have been very pleased with the service we have received from Florida Heat and Air. Labor Day our A/C unit was running but not cooling. I called the 24 hr emergency line and the technician, Raphael was on site within an hour. We had a bad capacitor which was replaced promptly. Raphael did a great job and was very professional.
