Excellent same-day service for a non-functioning central air conditioner on a very hot & humid day. Mike was scheduled for 4-6 pm but, fortunately, he was able to come earlier. Mike did a great job troubleshooting to determine why the unit stopped working, and then he brought me out to explain to me what he found & why it wasn’t working & he explained/showed me how he was going to fix it. He explained many HVAC things to me that are good for any homeowner to know, but which no one ever bothered to explain to me before. Crystal Air & Water is great! Always very professional and friendly/courteous and they always do great work for a reasonable price. I feel I can trust their information and recommendations. They installed my new Mini Split and I couldn't be happier. They arrived on time, stayed in contact frequently, and ensured the new unit blew cold air before leaving.
