Our AC system failed on Monday. We called Mark Hurm for a maintenance call and a service technician came out Tuesday morning. After checking the AC system we were told that the system, which was 10 years old, should be replaced. Hurm loaned us a portable air conditioner until it could be installed. The replacement system became available earlier than expected and we were told to expect it before 8am on Friday. Shortly before 8, a crew from Hurm showed up and started the installation. The crew, consisting of Jonathan, Jacob, and Gabe, successfully installed the replacement AC by early afternoon. The crew performed in a professional, coordinated and polite manner. Rick was fantastic. He arrived exactly at the beginning of the time window. He worked hard, was personable, and explained our air conditioning issues in great detail that it even I could understand it. Rick also provided maintenance tips and never tried to upsell us on any goods or services.
