They did a tear off and install him one day. I was pretty impressed. You could tell the crew had been working together for a while. They left the place neat and it's a beautiful roof. Well this was my second roof replacement done by Affordable Roofing, and my second time dealing with their Account Rep Rolando Gonzalez, he initially helped me on my first house and was very professional, explaining each detail of the process and they did an excellent job, I chose them over 4 different roofing companies. So when it was time to do my rental property, it really was a no brainer I called out Rolando to give me and estimate then called 3 other companies as well, Rolando once again showed me he cared, even though it took roughly several months for insurance company to get back with me he stayed in contact, I went out to the company when I finally made my decision and picked the color of my roof, they were so friendly and went over everything in detail, after that they came out and started the work it took really a day and a half and they stayed throughout the nite the first day so when the next day came they had little to do but were very detail in going over everything.
