I just finished working with Z Roofing to replace my roof & the level of service they provided was incredible. From start to finish it was probably the most professional experience in construction that I've received since purchasing my home and completing renovations. I signed the contract right before the holidays, they had my permit approved within a week and started working the following day. It took them 3 weeks to complete everything from requesting permit to final inspection by the city, which is exactly the schedule they had given me. They really exceeded my expectations, especially considering it was the holidays and the horror stories I have heard from others regarding backorders and materials. They will not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and it is absolutely worth every penny to not be on a mission chasing someone to complete your roof and permitting.
