They came out right away, contacted Rheem, was covered under warranty, replaced it right when they said they would. Beautiful installation. Professional, clean, honest and so responsive. They were amazing. I called early evening the night before and they arrived in the morning even though it wasn’t an emergency. The two young men that came were polite, efficient and did an amazing job installing the hot water heater. They were careful to make sure the area where the work was performed was left spotless.
