It was my good fortune to call Steve's AC following a recommendation from the manger of a local developement. Finding a service company with technical skills and integrity can be challenging. Fortunately for me Steve's AC has an abundance of both of those qualities. They diagnosed the issue with a vintage AC unit designated the XE 1000. The unit stopped providing cool air. They corrected the problem with the unit in record time. Then, only at my request they gave me a projection on the replacement cost of the unit. Mike the technician never tried to up sale me on anything. It was a very gratifying experience. Its a solid company, from the office staff to the techs. We decided to call Steve's Air Conditioning & Heating after reading the reviews. My husband called and the woman that answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. The appointment was scheduled and Tony was the technician who came out at our scheduled time. Tony was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He checked everything you could ever think of to make sure we were in the best shape for summer and also replaced our UV light. If you want to feel confident in your A/C system at a fair price, we would not hesitate to recommend this company. We have found our A/C company!
