I called this morning wanting to get a second opinion after having our old unit go out we were told by another larger company that it was going to be 1500 dollars and they were going to take 2 weeks to get out to us . Being in Florida 2 weeks with out ac is rediculous. Arnaldo arrived with in a few hours and worked out getting us an after market part to get us by being our old unit wasn’t going to last much longer which we appreciate so much. They were fast and helped a ton and within a couple of hours we have ac again! I’d highly recommend this company. Highly recommend! Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year so far. My 95 year old mother who is on oxygen lives with me. I called the company we’ve done business with for the last 6 years (bought the ac from them and have an annual service agreement with them.) The soonest they could come out was a week from now. I called 4 other companies and they had similar time waits. I called Bill Bowers and Arnaldo was at the house 3 hours later. He was professional, friendly, explained in the problem in detail, and fixed it promptly. And the price was reasonable and fair. Needless to say, Bill Bowers is now our new AC company! Thank you! Had Tony out on a service call Great guy. Really went over everything well with me. we found 3-4 issues. So we just decided to have a new unit put in.
