Strada installed a security system in my new home. A few months later I had a malfunction with one of my cameras. Strada sent someone to check it in a timely manner. The service techician (Dwaine) was great. He identified the issue quickly and fixed it, and inspected/adjusted all the other cameras to make sure they didn't have similar problems in the future.
Used Strada to install my home security system and they were amazing! It was easy to setup an installation appointment and the technician was very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable with the system once he was done. Highly recommend Strada for their professionalism and customer service excellence.
Dwaine was super. Professional, minimal intrusion, explained everything very well, and took time to complete the installation without issue. Highly recommend him as he is a good asset representing Strada.
