Today I used Mitch Duncan and sons to do a job in my bathroom. They did an amazing ???? job. When I called and left a message he literally called me back within minutes. He sent the guys (Jamie and Ted) over and eventhough they were just here to check it out and give me an estimate, they decided to go ahead with doing it today. Thank goodness because I had to turn the breaker off for my well which meant no water in my house. So I can't stress how impressed I am with these guys. Super nice and very professional.! The job was done in a very short time and done perfectly. No messes left behind and the price was extremely affordable. Ive decided to have them come back for the rest of my plumbing needs. I called this company, and the man on the phone said he would come and look at it he said and two guys that was it end of conversation. He called me about 30 minutes later saying that he was going to send two guys out they were on their way . Two guys came out to investigate my water pressure problem. They put a new filter cartridge in and charged me $95. I was never told there was a service fee I was never told it would be $95 for someone to change my filter cartridge which I can do myself. That’s just bad business ethics. When I called the guy back and said I cannot believe they just charge me $95 to change my filter cartridge I said well I’m sorry. Then I questioned him why didn’t you tell me it was going to be $95 even if they didn’t do anything? No answer just I’m sorry. Total rip off.
