After a POOR start on our project, we met with Mr Knight and he assigned Vinnie to make corrections and finish our project. Vinnie was very professional and communicated well throughout. He was thorough and maintained high work ethic. I o ly wish Knight Electric had put him in charge of our project from the start. Hats off to Vinnie. Services: Electrical inspections, Light fixture installation, General repairs, Electrical outlet & switch repair, Outdoor lighting installation
No showed for an appointment made a week prior. I text & called without a response. Very disappointing.
Scheduled an estimate, after waiting 40-minutes I called them to check on their status. They then gave me the number for their guy who was coming. So I called him up only to find out that he wasn't able to make it. The lack of showing up and caring to follow up just let me know that my time is clearly not of value to them whatsoever.
