Reposting because my review was removed, and want to share my personal experience with others. I have been going back and forth with the company to get service to a brand new roof completed Jan 2022. Shingles tenting/curling, new ridge vent lifting off, nail strips showing, etc. Had a visual only inspection provided by another roofer to prove installation issues and request issues identified be addressed. Instead of trying to resolve, received aggressive responses from owner including void the workmanship warranty I paid for along with threaten lawsuit to intimidate me. Service: Roof installation

Neligan Roofing did my roof 15 years ago. Because of recent storm damage we needed a new roof. I reached out to Brian Neligan because I was so pleased with the first job. Everything about my recent roof replacement has been outstanding. The quality of the roof job is excellent. Just as important to me is the professionalism and integrity shown throughout the project. Brian and his entire team including the office staff were excellent to deal with and responsive to our needs. Neilgan did an amazing job on my roof repair. They went above and beyond in making sure that I was pleased with the job. When they were through, they did a good job of cleaning up the yard, cleaning off the roof and cleaning the gutters and downspout out. They had to replace 2 of the boots on my roof as well and rather than leaving them silver they painted them to match the color of the roof shingles.
